MDXG shortsellers - ground zero
Thanks for posting all of that material. This is going to be very interesting over the next few months to see how this all plays out. I have a bunch of put options. Something tells me the next shoe to drop will be a formal agency ( SEC, DOJ, FDA ) stepping in to make some noise. The pressure has to be increasing for one of these agencies/regulatory bodies to do something. The internal investigation will twist in the wind for a long time I think.
