Blocks Been watching the large blocks of shares at .30 on the bid and fluctuating between .32 and .33 on the ask (currently at .325). The ask seems to move dependant on the buying, moving up or down when it is safe. Strange. Any conjecture as to why? In my experience this is done before a share offering or warrants, but that is not the case here is it?
