Off topic. Question on strategy for selling Hi:
I noticed a stock I am following has the same seller every four minutes at 100 shares. The price shot up on news (they did not sell) then fell back down, they are selling again. At first I thought they were just trying to get out of a position in a controlled manner (it is a thinly traded stock) but I don't get why with the upshoot in price they did not take advantage of the volume and higher price. There was a financing a little while back.
