A nicer surprise would be to know what the costs are.

Obviously you do not have significant capital in this venture or you would also be concerned that Ron says one thing and does another.  MTO is now at (or very near) its constant state of production before improvements, if they are not making money now it is a real concern.
Rah-Rah-Sis-Boom-Bah does not a stock make.  Transparent reporting and dedication to production does.  I am not the only one who agrees with this sentiment, as always when new measures are adopted there are leaders and there are laggards, take some time and educate yourself on the coming legislation.

Once you have had the chance to absorb this information think about the future and our desire to please our friends down south who have already adopted these measures (keystone depends on it)  Also let's not forget that the PQ has not kept a single campaign promise (maybe one or two) and still has mining taxation/legislation in it's soverign nationalist, racial profiling, spend more than you earn, change your mind when the wind blows bag of tricks.

Complain yes! Complacantly listen to the liar at the bottom of the hole, I think not.
