Price of GoldThe largest determining factor of share price (once production has been acheived) is the price of gold minus the cost to mine. The price of gold in 2010 was almost excatly the same as it is today; however costs were half of what they are now.
In 2010 Gold was on it was on it's way up up up to Record highs in Record time.
MTO 43-101 cost/oz was $495+/- and until the mine flooded we could have all been rich.
Darn H2O crippled the whole plan and now here we are in 2014.
Costs are +$1000/oz, $200 000 000 dollars invested, 20% sandstorm, Local residents have profit sharing agreement, Quebec gov't oan, plan Nord finished.
BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERS, THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THE PRICE OF GOLD WHEN YOU ARE IN PRODUCTION.
