A total of $1,000,000 was raised through the issuance of 10,000,000 common shares to a European investor, priced at $0.10 each, and $1,891,515 through the issuance of 18,915,150 flow-through common shares priced at $0.10 each.
Flow through shares must be spent within one year, that date is passed so it must be spent already.
Anyone counting the days since they started drilling?
