Ask increasing
Ask increasingThe ask is getting larger and the buy volume is tiny, less than $3000 all day.
Guess the NR didn't get these sellers excited enough to hang onto their shares or any buyers to start accumulation.
The financials should be available in two days and will tell us the truth about the cost side of this equation. We have already seen they cannot maintain the supply side.
The numbers for the month were only fair. Still no explination why the mill is only crushing at 75% of capacity. If they had the ability to "ramp up" production the low grade would have less of an impact on cash flow. Who's suggestion was it to expand mill capacity? Comments like that are just stupid if they don't have a stockpile to chew through. Right now they have not been able to stockpile ore at all, WHY? The impression given is that more than four stopes are accessable, they should be throwing 25 to 35% of production onto a stockpile at minimum.
And why did they extend the terms of repayment once again?
Something does not smell right, there is more than just a failed wall creating lower grade.
MTO don't have the capacity to mine the quantities they have said they require.
My guess is that cost per ounce will be above current POG and that is going to create another off loading of stock.
