We need the facts....but....
Drilling results? come on! I really don't agree with this....they would't stop trading for drilling results....at least the news would have come up right after market if we were talking about super excellent unbelievable drilling results!
Also, after thinking a lot on reverse stocks things.....if it was this, I also think the news would have already come up after market today.....and i think it s not the good time to do this....
What makes trading stop (in demand of company) at 10h40 am? This is the real question! I think a big deal was signed this morning (what we name in french: entente de principe)...i think you guys name it ''agreement in principe''....
Now why we did't had the news yet? Because they wait that the final deal is signed. Maybe they don't want to look like fools spreading a news with no details....which brings ''incertitude'' on the market...something nobody wants...they want to take advantage on the Feds decision (which bring a bit of stability....for a couple of weeks at least)....and maybe someone else want to take advantage on a super american dollar that makes Metanor even cheaper for someone having USD.....USD won't stand that high for ever....if this person exist...he s making a f. good deal my friends!
Knowing how law firms doing things....i bet they had a deal this morning and that we will have to wait at least until tomorrow at open market....if the agreement is completeted tonight!
There s a new guy at MTO....this is is first moove...i'm , pretty sure he wants everybody attention!
