RE:RE:RE:Here's the Deal...Hi Wind, Unless the stock he has he bot for average of $1.00 a share, that can not be, and right now he has $14,000 worth, nothing for an insider.   

Ask yourself, if he thought the stock was going to even $0.25 a share, why would he not buy some at .043?  My guess is because he and rest know that dilution, dilution, dilution is in future so buying the stock is a bad idea, which it has been. 

Then again if dilution is stopped, he would have an incentive to buy.   The insiders are yelling at us with action not words, that buying the stock is a bad idea.

Now that can change.  Probably a buyout or management change is required for the stock to be a good investmnet, and I say that as someone that several times more stock than Ron has. 

If they hit the bonanza with a shallow deposit that would boost stock a lot, but still a management change would be in best interests of you and I in long run.   They have a culture and track record that the stock performance is not important to them.
