Bob the only thing wrong with this statement is the words "Could Be". I swear they must be your favorite words. If you don't know, why throw this stuff out, all it does is ruin your credabilty. Why not just say somone is vacuming up cheap shares and leave it at that. If you find out it was management then you can post it and gloat. The worlds "could be" really means "I don't know".
