PEA - revisitation I was thinking along the lines of -
Perhaps MTO should revisit the PEA numbers -
This is open pit style mining -
The pit is a lot, blast - deliniate - scoop and dig - transport.
I found the $1100+ all in cost a tad high for open pit mining.
If at all possible, they could revisit these numbers, and maybe come up with another model to mine the pit, just maybe the numbers can be reduced to that perfect cost factor - that spells - perfect cushion and buffer zone - that places the costs well under that threshold of fear - well away from spot market trends that place so many companies in a compromise, not to mention constant stress, fearing the spot fluctuations.
I would like to see an all in, ringing in at... $800 or sub - which would really allow MTO to profit, and place them in a comfort zone, which affords a great profit margin spread - ( spot vs all in cost ) which translates to = investor assurance.
I'd love to see what Osisko, or other would cone up with, if they had commissioned a PEA on Barry?
Sometimes, what one company can do, another will revise, and do it cheaper, or more efficiently.
Again, I'm no expert, but... I am a big fan of, contingency, and seeing several options in which to choose. Which I'm surprised most listed JR's don't demand in their PEA's.
I really hope MTO succeeds, such perfect assets, such great claims in a saught after gold zonev, its just the wait time, and... the numbers, yes... The pea numbers should be scanned for any cost savings.
All the best, to MTO...
Do like this company...
Cheers !
