Seems like it should be a buy

The revenue stream is nice to have and affords lots of flexibility.  

This one seems like it should be a clear buy compared to exploration companies with no income and less going for them.   However, the number of shares out there speaks to some "history" here and I am guessing this thing is kind of stuck based on that.

Thinking of buying anyway, especially if it dips.  

No rollbacks in the works right now, right?   Guessing there will be eventually, but it seems like there is lots of upside potential before that happens.
