At that time Barry was fully permitted (which some permits were then allowed to expire) and Barry has been delayed twice. Plus they still haven't decided if they are going to underground mine it. So now MTO is having local consultation. Has anyone stopped to think what happens if locals nix the mill expansion? Then what.
