There is no guarantee they will be able to raise the funds at 6 cents. The SP suggests it probably won't happen. Almost no chance of a takeover either due to the horrible Sandstorm stream.

I wouldn't touch this until a major rollback, financing and management change occurs. Along with a renegotiation of the stream. Don't believe that people are dumping their shares at 4.5 cents so they can raise money to finance MTO at 6 cents and obtain some warrants that will most likely expire worthless.

I am thankful I listened to Btrevor and dumped this in the .20's. If management doesn't change, this company has no hope of success in the current gold market.

I feel your pain Lite........I've been in since late 2008!!! When Ronnie first started really spewing his empty promises. No, sorry, I take that back, I actually increased my shares a bit when I sold about 75% of my shares in the .50's and bought back in the low .40's during 2010......and the rest is history, been trying to averaging down ever since

That is exactly correct.... Why would anyone fill a placement at 6 cents when the share price is 4 cents? PPs are usually done lower......Oh!! I have a way? How about we sweeten the pot....we'll change the units so that each unit is now priced at 5 cents and you get a full warrant at 5 cents, too... It's highly possible that the placement is not filled and in order to do so they have to do

AZX in the same area gets PP filled @ .10 when SP is @ .05 ....so expect this one to fill @ the ask as it is a producer with good economics and prospects ...

What you say is logical, but what is happening here is that the brokerage doing the placement - and being richly rewarded for it - has already made lots of money bringing the stock price down to the six cents level ; they will now use the proceeds to buy the placement shares. Current share price below six cents is emotional reaction by investors that lost confidence in the

You are so right! And getting an underground mine into production is not easy with no experience under your belt and relying on people that work for you that are suppose to have the experience. BS can go along way in mining and can put you in the poor house.
