Just a thought looking at today's trading....

Curious as to why $0.09 is the preferred SP level. When it goes above that level it is actively depressed. BUT when it goes below $0.09 it is instead elevated back to $0.09. Making $0.09 THE number.

Nine shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be Nine. Ten shalt thou not count, neither count thou eight, excepting that thou then proceed to Nine. Eleven is right out.
