Bob, since the beginning of 2010 (when Sprotts name first appeared) this will be MTO's 27th private placement (that's right 27th). If the rollback didn't happen this company would now be sitting on just about 1 billion shares (With a B) and they only produced 7100 ounces pf gold last quarter.
