It is good to see that we offer upto almost 3MM of PP. I know $0.13 id lower than current share price, but this is always happen in junior mining company snd it is not very bad. with 2.8MM cash without broker fee, we can clear the debt and still have 1.7MM cash. I expect we are going to drill the Riviere Dore project in August. We know that we will get significant ammount of copper result based on the sample and research back in 2011. Also, the best thing is 80% of shares will be with insider after we closed PP. this company will be great with 80% insider shares with NO DEBT. Good luck for everyone.
