Because as one (1) person with an alias (Knowsbest_ working possibly at Canaccord, they would have known because of due diligence done on Tim for the $ 5 million bought deal. It had to be disclosed to them.
This was a point of weakness for MEDV that could be exploited in the future to create a buying opportunity for clients.
So enter the boileroom operation of Knowsbest, alias cerealkiller, using privileged client internal documents at possibly Canaccord (working as employees) and, then spilling it out there while a coordinated short attack takes place, ALL DESIGNED TO STEAL VALUABLE SHARES from you.
This is WHITE COLLAR CRIME and as usual the REGULATORY BODY is always ASLEEP while this happens.

Hiddensecrets and his lies and insincerity is just so disgusting that, in good conscience, it has to be pointed out. Ultimately his insincerity and duplicity is not just unhelpful, but it tarnishes the reputation of Medivolve since as a pumper he's dishonest and that reflects poorly upon all supporters of the stock.

So why was Hiddensecrets bashing before? Was he shorting the stock then or just trying to get a lower price? Who knows? But these posts make knowsbest look like an amateur basher both in the prolific posting and in the effort he went into for each one. This is only a sample of his bashing, of course. You can find much more.
Here's a direct quote from Hiddensecrets in one of his QSC/MEDV-bashing posts above: "TRUST is such a precious commodity." Really? He had the gall to write this? The basher-suudenly-turned-pumper who accuses bashers of being Pinocchio (liars). Really.
I mean, c'mon. This clown even stopped so far as to say Covid took the life of one of his family members. What kind of sick S.O.B. stoops to such levels of depravity just to make a dollar?
I know many of you don't like that I have very strong opinions and push back against foolish pie-in-the-sky over exuberance but I'm always honest. So dislike me all you want, but don't make Hiddensecrets into some sort of messiah or even anyone to trust because I've proven that he's really a snake oil salesman who'd sell you out in a second.
