It is purely because of manipulation and short sellilng.  "good news" doesn't move the price up and it only continues to slide?  That is not due to the CEO...it is partly because retail investors buy into the cr@p people post that are pure BS and out right lies. 

If you did some simple math you would see that the share price should be over 50 cents without any multiples and only working off the current run rates...so do you really believe that the institutional traders care about the forward guidance being off the mark to such extent that they ignore the opportunity that this undervalued stock presents?  If you believe that you are truely beyond help and do not have a background in finance.  It is the math stu.. just the math...
