Private Placement QuestCap is also pleased to announce the closing of the second and final tranche (the Second Tranche) of the previously announced non-brokered private placement (the Offering) of units (the Units). The Company issued 7,244,500 Units as part of the Second Tranche at a price of $0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,448,900. The total gross proceeds of the Offering (tranches 1 and 2) was $3,000,000 and QuestCap issued a total of 15,000,000 Units.
