Sarb, I wonder if it is Tito Bharti Gandi. He is vice chairman of Isis Lab Inc and obviously connected to Stan Bharti? Do you know the connection?

As I predicted this private placement is from the Stan Bharti and group. All these people are related and probably wanted to load up with 15 million shares plus warrant. Private placement was same as originally announced for $3 million for 15 million shares. I think they are being careful and honest as they are filing every little detail with regulators.
