Parking lots are EMPTY as shopping mall activity is LIMITED

Add to this, that you operate in a parking lot wihere no one knows you and you have issues with hiring employees as it is not easy to find + empty parking lots people are afraid to go out.

Too many suppliers are out there. 

I prefer credible hospital to parking lot.
