Krogers? They have over 2700 stores in the US.  now that would be something big to announce on the 12th.

It would be very nice to have Kroger sites around the US, but I also read it as two separate statements. The board has compiled a great set of questions to ask on Thursday, hopefully the answers will provide clearity on a lot of topics.   I still don't understand why we haven't been provided proper updates along the way.  At this point, I'm trying to be optimistic that

could easily be a strategy for a major short squeeze, obviously management can see their company is being manipulated, notice how news stopped every 3 days or so? Could have easily kept that news flowing by the looks of what sarbs being digging up, but they move to neo, change their reporting status to single medical issuer, now a name change and symbol change to a medical company and come out
