Labour costs is the major expense for these cubes however, according to the help adds (indeed.com) they pay about $15 hr. , say $20, 10 hours per day, only $200 per tech. Sites have 1-3 employees, depending how busy they are, so not bad, max. $600 per day , 3 tech.'s. 10 tests per day (lowest cost tests) covers that expense. Make sense?

They raise salary to about 22$ to 35$/h. Recruiting seems to be one of the biggest matter. With a 35$/h salary, they'll be competitive.
