Knowsbest was right all along and I am sure glad that he loaded up on the Titianic ship. He deserves to reap what he sowed due to his malicious mouth.
This management team is COMPLETELY BLIND towards the reality of telediagnostic market and, they are running from one (1) idea to another to another to another, which confirms that they do not know what they are doing.
In a time where people are literally dying on the streets, where the pandemic shows no signs of abating, the company manages to have plunging sales.
If you cannot make money with your bread and butter then, you cannot make money doing anything else.
Trust is the most valuable currency and, when you betray this trust you have nothing left.
The BETRAYAL was done when company raised funds at a 50% discount with shareholders rewarding total strangers and leaving family in the streets.
The BETRAYAL was done when the company issues a press release on buying a Teleheath company that is not even in existence.
The BETRAYAL is done when you lie to your shareholders about how many cubes you are opening up, which misleads them to invest in a project which is not reality.
And now they hope that pumping money into stock promoters will help. No one is born stup*id, people see you as you are. You cannot be trusted.
It is time for a change in management to put someone who is honest, transparent and, conservative, who gets things done as he or she promises, who will never backend investors, who will always be upfront with press releases.
Like I said, I invested in this company because I had trusted them and, in a mere matter of 2 months they have destroyed this trust in spectacular fashion.
I am fortunate that I do not need money but if I did, I would sue.
This is my personal opinion,
Do as you wish, be mad, yell or call me names but in the end, the truth is the truth.
