I agree justwin.. but as i said... Devil is in the details... whos going to do the money raise, as Im going to assume seismic MAY have to be shot,
as likely there MAY be some 2d available, but that has not been made available so I am just taking a shot at that. Until costs to proceed are known, ie.. seismic cost? and well cost?? then it might pay to be patient for now.
XOP I have some past familiartity with but many more shares, but I think they have some good cash in the till
as well.. cheers.
