MOAG ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DIRECTOR

Moag Copper Gold Resources Inc. has commenced legal action in the British Columbia Supreme Court (Vancouver Registry No: S-158211) against Bradley Jones, a director of the company, alleging, among other things, that Mr. Jones has misappropriated at least $865,910 of company funds for his own use and benefit.
