Class action

Moag shareholders. I want to hear from any shareholders who are dissatisfied with the actions of the company's management and board. I am prepared to fund having a securities lawyer look at their activities to see if they have usurped their fiscal responsibilities as officers and/or directors. We do know that Brad Jones has a history of burying public companies that he has served on after he has generously rewarded himsself from their treasuries.  His loans from this company continue to increase and for a non operating business to pay  $500k to a former director on his leaving the board does not sit right with me. I cannot believe that they have not had an annual shareholders meeting where these so called managers must answer for their actions is paramount to theft. It's time for them to pay the piper.

Where is the OSC or IROC on these matters to protect the public interest ? How a company can give  Brown 5 years severance package on a junior mining company doesnt seem to be acting in the best interest of the public shareholders ,  has anybody had contact with them ?

I spoke to the OSC and they claimed their only responsibility is to insure transparency for shareholders. Mog certainly has none in their actions. We need to spread the word and contact every regulatory body about the management.
