Paramount PUT

does anyone else believe the Paramount PUT is just a way of putitng MGX up for sale but also protecting shareholders from ridiculus low ball offers because we are getting down to the short strokes with the cash?

actually the Paramount POU has also provided some support for our SP after a bad no JV announcement.  If it wasn't offered we might have seen our SP fall under 0.10 if you ask me.

now we know MGM for for sale we might get soem serious offers and the prices could range depending on what value the acquiring companies see it our asets in the future.

Imperial, Conoco and any other companies that see the MVP and future NG production and oil produciton as a given when prices support such devleopment will also see value in MGM's assets.

now it's the brokers turn to play the arbitrage game, buy up as much under the paramount put and maybe even help facilitate a deal for the whole company for a much higher price.

I doubt we retails can buy again under 0.15, peters is in there like a dirty shirt today.

I'm hoping for outside offer for a higher premium but if it happens and when it happens is another question.

maybe more positive canol results will also drive this process since they already know the value of the NG assets.

just me 2 cents, I;m long and biased but I also thankful for the Paramount PUT.
