Vote for Non-Insider MGX ShareholdersThere will be a vote for all "Non-Insider" MGX Shareholders on the Paramount acquisition proposal. This means Paramount and Riddell & co. cannot vote as they are considered Insiders. Riddell is the CEO of both Paramount and MGM Energy. MGX management is to act in the best interests of MGX shareholders. I believe there are still several better options available. IMHO, the natural gas alone is worth more than what Paramount would pay for the entire company. For these reasons and the "closeness" of MGM and Paramount management, I will be rejecting this Paramount bid.
