Shortjawed Cisco were identified as being potentially impacted by the project activities

If they mitigate the activity that causes of the potential impact, maybe they'll reapply.

There was no way that MGM could complete the screening assessment and move forward on schedule. Additionally, the required EA study could trigger a precedent and impact future applications.

Husky might be feeling worried now.

Geodude, I get the need for regulators and inspectors, probably better than most. Unfortunately, there's only one pony in town -  ROYL.     It received a little bounce when ConocoPhillips joined the party at $171/acre.    Be warned that this is one volatile stock...once the news dies down the stock will drift lower (sort of like MGM).   Without production, these stocks bounce around like yo-yos.

Hi Glacierman: I don't think the water sources are going to a limiting factor for either play.  Both have access to large bodies of surface wate: either lakes or rivers.  I think the problem will be how are they going to dispose of the fracturing fluid that flows back when they produce the well?  This is the stuff that contains all the nasty stuff.  It not only contains the
