winemerlotcab67 There is only one big reason that sellers are selling. Management is proven to be extremely incompetent quarter after quarter. Creativity is limited to creating excuses for "boondoggle" type management. One error tries to outdo the next. Management is proven "losers"  over time.  At least they are consistent.  They pay themselves excessively

However, unless Ross Beaty and/or John Carson are watching this forum, voicing your discontent here alone does little good. I suggest you dial into the next quarterly shareholder's meeting and direct your questions and concerns to management. I dialed into the last meeting and was surprised to hear only three

I understand they have even taken to hiring some of the people who were let go from Capstone. They should focus on making money and not go out hiring more people to chase expansion dreams. They never had any luck at capstone and the thousands of other companies in this field who are all going after the same deals.
