Has someone been manipulating the stock price today? Any thoughts on why the big swing?

It's for subscribers only so won't be able to share. as soon as he sent out the notice, stock price jumped $.15.

That would be breaking the terms and conditions of Katusa Research Opprotunites. Relatively pricy newsletter when it came out.
