RDK241t, Very interesting read!  BOE => GBOE concept!   It would have been great if he finished by using his favorite student in the room, Alterra, as an example and compare it to the market. Management wants to attracked larger shareholders, you need to speak "their" language.  This might be a part of the transalation. I will have to re-read to challenge it ...more
