The fact is, Powers is part of the company (not part of Zimtu) he's working for. Zimtu may have a mutual partnership with "The Company" he works for.
You & your gaggle of fiends have a misconception that Zimtu owns, "companies" & owns the "people" in the companies that Zimtu does business with. The only thing Zimtu "Owns" is the contract between the two parties.
Both parties own the same contract. Both companies names are entered on said contract.
Its a joint partnership between Zimtu an any company they do business with.
