RE:RE:Time for crystal clarity

RE:RE:Time for crystal clarityHdawgz1 - I want you to know that I read your post and that I'm NOT denying any points you bring up with zimtu.
I do have some questions to ask you about some points you made because I want to understand what you mean so I can more undestand what's being said here, if that's ok with you.

  1)   When you say "cross-promotion of related companies." Are you talking about 2 companies like MGX and Belmont Resources in the same PR? If so, didn't they work on the same project together? I've heard of Belmont Resources. Wasn't mgx going to drill a well in Belmont to get lithium out in a brine form? Please correct me if I'm  wrong.

2)  Also on the share buy-ins buy- offs. Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't junior stock companies use shares as currency for one reason because some companies may not have cash on hand? If my example doesn't compare to what youre talking of, please tell me.
When you say Buy-in. Do you mean one company (a) wants to buy out a company(b)?
Whereby company (b) becomes part of company(a)? If I'm wrong here tell me what's being bought.

When a private placement is done, shares are used so said company can get money to move a project forward. For an example.
If I'm not showing an example showing what you're saying, can you show me an example?

Thanks
