PURELUCID MODIFICATION = ADD FLOTATION UNIT ( IDEA )I was brainstorming.... on how to increase the cubic meter volume per hour - when treating oil brines.
i asked myself... how could MGX increase their - 10cm3 to 20 cm3 brine treatmentper hour process by perhaps - 5x greater per hour = 100 cubic meters
Would adding a - flotation unit that permits a prestorage resevoir of 5 cubic meters of oil brine
to be treated by - flotation bubbles - allow a preskim of oils and hydrocarbons - before passing through purelucids system = increase brine volume per hour ?
Time = Money Incresing the brine flow treatment by 5x grerater = 5 x more mineral recovery per hour.
Flotation can be used to remove grease and oil, natural organic matter, volatile organics and small particles from produced water [6, 30, 61, 62]. It does not require chemical use, except coagulation chemicals are added to enhance removal of target contaminants. Solid disposal will be necessary for the sludge generated from this process and the estimated cost for flotation treatment is $0.60/m3 of produced water =
0.60/cents per cubic meter.
= hello -perhaps this should have been implemented - long ago.

The velocity of injected bubbles = amount of waste oil collection.
increasing bubble volume = increases - oil recovery from brines
= allows easier processing on extractionfiltration unit
Yeah... i like my modification idea. Simple addition of a basic - flotation bubble resevoir.
= container that infuses bubbles to rise oils to surface
= might be able to handle simple detergent - soap ( facilitate bubble production )
= skim the oils off surface ( quick - cheap - process )
= cleaner salt water
= easier mineral - extraction
Cheers...
p.s.
if i want to offer my ideas to a junior...
then, let me do so... it's only ideas to help...
I'm not telling anyone to - invest.
if my ideas offer the junior inspiration - and if it attracts a larger player.
then... why not help the junior out.
Its a helluva lot better than - posts that - bit-ch + complain.
Makes no sense to be negative - if you think you're the only one whose
suffered losses think again... this is perhaps my last stock -
if it sinks so be it
but...if they succeedt - hats off.
AGAIN... Why place the extraction unit
under so much preasure treating ( oils + brines) at same time...?
I would highly recommend MGX to try a flotation - process ( prior to funneling the brines
through purelucids extraction )
It just might increase the cubic meters per hour.
Cheers...
