Warrantofficer: Your example is just a little misunderstood by you. A Sports franchise can change, Presidents, coaches and trainers and managers. They do not change board of directors. Now on your wish list how a about a little reality.

PS If investors wish to change the board. All they have to is put up cash. 1.2 million and buy the PP is a start and then activate their warrants. This will give them 40 million news shares to vote. With 40 million shares the new investors can start making changes. 5.2 Million CDN should be about right to buy the shares and activate the warrents.. Money talks and the rest walk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
