Now as for this statement in recent press release...
The Company continues to await final comments on its fiscal year 2021 audit from its auditor.  Due to the length of time for audit completion, management, in conjunction with its securities counsel and accountant has begun to pursue an alternative strategy to return the Company to trade and allow the Company access to equity financing through any and all means including merger, acquisition, joint venture or otherwise.
The Company retains significant assets including the above mentioned GC Lithium project, and the advanced phase Fran Gold and Driftwood Creek Magnesium projects.

Question...
Why Is Tillicum Claims not on the list ?
What 's the update with Purlucid ?

Seems the longer this halt runs - more claims disappear ?

Absolutely no reason why MGX can't retain
Tillicum
Driftwood + magnesium claims
GC claims

Finding a buyer for Driftwood considering Kaiser + MGX's resource
calculations comparisons should be considered.
Kaiser Report revealed far more tonnage.
Even moreso if co2 carbonate - factored in.

Don't kid yourself, co2 is far more important than most know.
Just as lithium has co2 attached and does contribute to holding
ion charge - it's a carbon charge.

Lithium carbonate has 3 carbon ( bonds )
3 to 1 ratio to it's prised lithium.
They should be called carbon batteries ( wink ).
But the powers that be need their carbon taxes...lol

Military, just of recent....
need mega graphite, which hosts lots of carbon.
See the bias ?
Were told carbon is bad... it's not.
The world feeds on carbon - humans, animals, plants.
And i would go as far to say... carbon ( carbonate ) minerals
assist in holding a good portion of earth's charge.
Even a research paper i read not long ago, said...
Magnesium could be the hidden link to earths magnetic field charge.

Some would disagree...
But i would side with this research paper.
Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals.
Nonmagnetic, but is....paramagnetic.

It has the ability to lose an electron, making the theory quite viable,
in that, it's used to hold and easily release the single orbital electron.
Most former papers elude to it can't, but it can.

As for JV's ?
Such could dilute our values and biggie question ?
Who would retain the downpayment ( cash, shares )  ?
MGX and personel have stake in most of the claims they've worked.
Former press releases show personel profitting by way of,
EG - Geo sells claims to junior.
Already captured their profit.

If claims are jv'd and more cash or share downpayments are
recieved, such is a - douldble dipping looking after self versus,
shareholders.

I'm not partial to this halt.
Lots of value being lost... without shareholder input.
One could stay on ( halt ) for undetermined time frame
using the excuse " need to pay bills " bills that might be fabricated
due to the extended halt - while axing key  (assets ) to pay a portion of
newly created bills and perhaps personel of mgx to justify the work
unloading valued claims.

EG - Homerun resources valuation anyone ?
Why was mgx never valuated same for the silica claims ?
Several silica claims ?

How about WHY resources ?
Same scenerio....

Though i like GC claims...
Please don't use it as a carrot to lead on, extend halt,
while other ( valued ) claims suddenly disappear.
