MGX Minerals Inc > FUNNY GUY....

FUNNY GUY....

That you are....(Stan )

I'll point you in the right direction....
Kisuma Americas is a subsiduary of, Kyowa Chemicals ( Japan )
They produce pharma Magnesium and a few other products.

They're seeking to set up shop on the Freeport waterfront in, Teaxas.
But with residential resistence.

https://www.click2houston.com/news/local/2022/08/04/potential-magnesium-plant-in-freeport-drawing-backlash-from-residents-near-surfside-beach/

Now... if one searches online and asks...
How much magnesium is in ( ocean water )
It will ( always ) provide the ppm values of seawater.

Sea water vs ocean water ?
Yes.. there's a difference.

Minerals in...
Lake, River, Stream, Ocean, Seawater, BRINES.

Brines being brackish water, has the most concentration of, salts.
So... the real question becomes how much magnesium is in Ocean water ?
It's a hard answer to find.
Most all searches will provide - seawater ppm - which is about 1300 ppm
Keep in mind... seawater is most often - inland - more concentrated.
Which places ocean seawater - into question.
Most likely far less ppm.

PERSPECTIVE ?
1300 ppm = 0.13%
= 7.7 x lessor ( just to make it to - 1% )

What does MGX have in percentage values ?
43%.

= 331 x more concentrated - hard rock resource.

What are we seeing at present in USA ?
Droughts and many water bodies drying up.
Hence, California, Colorada, Nevada, Utah, etc....
Which also affects, New Mexico + Texas.

in my opinion.... if the rivers are running dry from west coast to inland lakes as far in as, Utah.
Then.. it's not inconcievable to think... ocean is connected by way of, underground tributaries.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Canada and USA have a Critical Minerals pact going on....

I ask...
where are the individuals ( think tanks ) that are suppose to pair resources with businesses ?
They have wonderful "sustainability + carbon initiative " websites.
A whole bunch of - partners one can link too - and also become a partner of their partners.
lol

Does anoyone see any of them.. .attracting businesses to - Canada ?
Or.. .are they just businesses that are seeking to figure out this climate change and carbon taxes,
and hope for companies to sign up to enter their circle of - revolve ?

True business... real business...
Matches and pairs and pushes projects though...

Makes no sense... that many ofour Canadian resource projects sit idle...
While... several solution miners are drying up stateside.
Or.. new ones looking to set shop up on coast of Texas....
With the advent of, low ppm magnesium VS Canadian projects ( hardrock ) have far higher grades.

Throw in water problems in states...
and the picture becomes all the more clear.
I don't anyone stateside nor in Canada is factoring the larger scope of the matter.
You know.. all of the above.

Canada is quite content - with their hydrogen plan.  lol
And the Arrow ev car.
Or... trying to link Alberta's hydrogen gas to B.C.'s coast which requires passingthrough 5 treaty lands. I;m almost convinced, there is not enough personel to handle other critical mineral projects beyond, Alberta's lithium, hydrogen, and Quebec's lithium, hydrogen, and graphite.

From what' 've read over the months ...
All else is passed through the - environmental hoops - spin cycle.
Enter gateway - sustainable + carbon - let us mull over your projects.
A cutsie " path " that has created a whole bunch of " new jobs " critiquing each project.
Slow clap.

If the Critical Minerals Pact....
were really proactive - thery'd be all over the higher grade projects.
But... are they ?
Or is it more like a slow spiral downward... whereas most critical mineral stocks are
masterfully tamed - lol - where does that road lead ?
Real cheap minerals if played out long enough.

An awareness needs to be addressed petaining to -
SOLUTION MINING.
inland, ocean, seas.

Inalnd... saltwaters above grade in lakes, literally drain lakes.
salt water is evaporated which displaces the evaporated waters and moves elesewhere.
lakes dry up, and causes a climate change effect.

oceans... last frontier to mine.
shouldn't be mined.\
salts in oceans are needed for aquatic life... and t okeep it - clean.
take it out.. just even one salt... it wil ldistrupt the ecosystem.

seas... just research over seaes... many of them are drying - up...
IT'S HUGE.... but noone is covering the story.
Many companies rely on... seawater for, magnesium and lithium...
but... again, no one is discussing it.

Highest magnesium resource grades = hardrock.
And... they're being shunned.

Pretty well sums it up.
Now.. does anyone really want ot buy the hardrock magnesium, or perform other feates and
get it really cheap ?
It's how i'm reading world markets at present.
There was - once a time - if you had high grade - many were knocking at the door.
Times have changed... they'll mine anywhere else it seems.

So Stan...
put your fingers to good use....
TAP a few letters out on your keyboard - B.C. province.
South Estern B.C. sector - also has a new parliment member.

And if you're really ambitous another addressed to... Kusuma.

Which is why i said...
this junior needs a - revamp - telling the whole story.
Above grade deposit = shpw photos.
Grades.
Include all potential tonnage - future expansions - include the dolos - Kaiser's estimate.
Allows another to project - length of mine life.
Whiel at it... throw in - oh by the way.. .we have a few other magnesium deposits.

So... does B.C  want new mining projectst ocome online ?
Or.. .are they too driven - must expand in the direction of, parks and tourism ?
At the rate they'rte going.. all B.C.  will be converted to parks.
Big round of applause for - England and the Common Wealth.
wink.

Now.. Stan... if you're really in tune with things...
Ask why... California, Oregon, Wahington, Idaho, have something going on ?
And... whose above these states ?

Still think our delay is wrapped around...
Strollling down - Boardwalk by the river...lol
Which points to - really incompetent engineering - wetting their feet in, new extractions
that others developed.  lol

Cheers....

67- so you are out 100 %.  i will try to get the best deal for the Company, present it to them, get a 10 % commission (nothing under $1 billion will be acceptable) of at least a  minimum of $100 million (before taxes) and you can just keep posting as often as you like since it is a time consuming hobby of yours
