TILLICUM - SMALL SCALE MINING -
Could it be done ?
Could a junior spark up a small scale mining operation ?
There's big gold in Tillicum...
But.. .the wrench revolves around - just how much gold
does this multi zonation ( claims group ) realy have ?
There's appears to be a gold trend from -
East Ridge to Money Pit zone.

I decided ot crunch some numbers....
No i won't use - 2 oz - tonne
Instead - i'll use - 5 g - tonne .
Conservative.
I modelled the mine basing it on - 2 - formats.
1 - junior mined gold and silver credits - onsite .
gold payables directly to junior.
simple gold operation - blast, crush, gravity
shaker tables -
500/ tonnes per day - or - 178 cubics ( 2.8 ore weight )
500 tonnes x 5 grams / tonne
2500 grams
~ 31.1
= 80 ounces / day
x 360 days yr
= 28,800 ounces yr
x $2,000 / spot gold
= $57,600,000 usd ( not including silver credits )
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 - farming out the - grey ores -
pulling, 4% lead, 3% zinc, 0.050 moly
zinc - $3300/ tonne - 1.50 lb
lead - $2200 / tonne - $1 lb
moly - $70,000/ tonne - $31.81 lb
zinc - 2200 x 3% = 66 lbs x $1.50
= $99 usd
lead - 2200 x 4% = 88 lbs x $ $1.00 lb
= $88 usd
moly - 2200 x 0.005% = 11 lbs x $31.81
= $349.91 usd
TOTAL = $536.91 / credits per tonne
x 1,000 tonnes / day
$536,910 usd / day
x 360 days
= $193,287,600 usd
Of course.... gross figures.
But you get the idea of, running - 2 models - out of one mine -
I wanted to show,
what the other mineral credits could amass.
versus - just gold .
Now.. .the what if...?
What if all those fire assays over the years...
which uses - lead - to cupplate the gold...
interfered with the - moly percentage values... ?
As previously shown in other - posts -
there is one assay that revealed - 0.47 % moly.
One c ould say.... why not just pul lthe moly ?
My answer is... one would have still have to
deal with the - lead and zinc... running amonst the moly.
Or... moly with in the lead - wulfite .
Thosr are some impressive numbers...
With small tonnages mined.
Where would one farm out the grey ores ?
Well, there are toll mills in B.C.
This is an older article... but goes to show,...
it's not inconcievable to do so.
https://www.juniorminingnetwork.com/junior-miner-news/press-releases/455-tsx-venture/cxg/67509-golden-dawn-minerals-considers-toll-milling-at-greenwood-mill.html
Distance from Burton to Nelson B.C.
2 hr 17 min (181.3 km)
Another article on, Greenwood Mil -
https://www.accesswire.com/658302/Golden-Dawn-To-Reactivate-Greenwood-Mill
They've only a 200/t mill capacity per day...
With flotation concentrators...
One would have to make a 5x concentrate at Tillicum
reducing hte 1000/t day to - 200/t con
to facilitate the 200 tonne per day cap at - Greenwood .
Most likely they've a contract with another by now.
Wit a minute... !
searched a tad ore on this subject....
Turns out - golden dawn minerals had the greenwood mill
changed it's name to - canxgold - CXG - they're stock is real low...
i wonder if they'd consider a JV only with the - grey ores ?
Ideas....
Just open thoughts....
