There could be somebody out there in on the private placement nthat had shares registered in their name and helkd on to them, or the broker holding them can sign off can sign off . Sure its a gamble ...more

Since MGD is no longer publicly traded I would say it is now a private company and We are shareholders of the private company and you can sell your shares privately. I am willing to pay .01 per ...more
