Think those numbers are what he has already. Add in this Form 9 investment (when debenture is converted) and his numbers look like 18,898,500 common shares and 4,610,080 warrants...for a potential total of 23,508,580 total common shares. The waiting game also will bring him about $153,000 annual interest or over $76,000 every 6 months as well.
Did we not also hear he had other family who invested in MGD as well... last Fall?
