RE:Kris Sammy spreading mischief again in TorontoI spoke with Al last fall (by phone) and he told me that the people that form Roraima were himself, Sammy, and a local Guyanese politician who's name eludes me right now. He also said that Roraima has the right and authority to sign agreements which may be in the best interests of MGD. Roraima was set up that all monies were to be diverted back to MGD. Roraima was set up with local Guyanese figures so that they may expedite the permit processes and cut through any red tape.
Keeping in mind the source of that info, has anyone else heard anything to the contrary?
