MGO DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY INCREASED FUEL CHARGES TO IMPORT TO CHARGES= ADVANTAGE FOR MGO MGO IS NOT SUBJECT TO STRICT CHINESE IMPORTING LAWS, TAXATIONS ETC... BECAUSE THEY ARE CHINESE....
