RE:Director Robert Kay
RE:Director Robert KayWell, now, hang on a sec. : the CBC art. you refer to says:
"The board chairman paid the most in the CBC News review was Robert Kay. He served from 2009 to 2012 and claimed per diems worth $159,000 for 424 days of extra work over a three-year period."
424 days *sounds* like a goodly year and a half of work, and if 159 000 seems like overpayment, it's probably lower than average pay for that kind of work so... just on that account, I wouldn't send the direction to the gallows. But thanks for the link! The question would be how much do directors get paid at Migao, and for how much work. Curiously, the latest reports don't seem to list the directors names or individual compensation. Some names do appear,
Guocai Liu (Chairman)
Helen Lu (Fin.)
Jackie Liang, Investor Relations
Keith Attoe
and then this about global compensation for directors
2015 2014
Short-term employee benefits 756 (thousands, I presume) 793
Share-based payment 436 777
_______ _______
1,192 1,570
_______ _______
What do you make of all that? Got more info?
