i  agree with farmer...gerimia should not get away with what he done...trying to buy out  30 million dollar oil company when he knew Mei was broke...and two weeks later halted for good...leading lot of investors astray with the make belief deal...some had contacted the lawyer that was mentioned but apparently not enough of you were concerned enough to go ahead or thought Mei would come

Ok I'm in , I lost a lot a coin here , even if the pig farmer thinks I was a company guy , we all got taken when the called there note in ......but I've seen these types of lawsuits start out with investers lined up , then when asked for more money interests starts to fade , but the lawyers made money...but I'll put some coin up if there's eanogh interest out there among investors.

A bunch of investors, myself included, contacted Merchant Law Group in Calgary in early spring about a class action.  Not a word back them.  I'm thinking it's not worth it to them.

What a big surprise!  You clowns think that every time a company goes broke, you can file a class action lawsuit.  The reality is that the litigators who feel there is a case, take immediate steps to be first.  Contrary to Scottie’s misinformed postings, there is no basis for a class action.
