Even if this stock traded again, which it won’t, it wouldn’t be worth anything, what Mass (Persist Oil and Gas, and Tantulus Energy) paid for all of Manitoks assets were pennies on the dollar, it won’t even cover what the bank debt was , let alone all of the money owed to the suppliers and service companies.
just as another 40-50 wells were transferred over from manitok to Tantulus on April 17th, Mass was busy raising another 2.5 million through his Persist Oil and Gas Company from one investor to cover these purchases, Persist was created to fund Tantulus, only person walking away a winner here is Mass.
