RE: Joseph SchachterAre you kidding me, you dont think there is many other midcap companies such as ML who have these combinations. Tyler represents a resource that is very hard to come by. This type of deposit is not easy to come by considering most are with mid-large cap companies. With that mind if you want deposit like this you are going to have to pay up or trying buying from a mid-large cap.Maybe comparing the inco deal to this is wrong but the three way yamana deal is very much similar. Many companies are going to look at this as an opportunity to snatch it away from the little guy. To walk away from this deal and not raise the bid a mere 50 cents would be stupid. Considering the return on investment far exceeds the cost.
