RE: FS&R

RE: FS&RSince you seem to be a decent analyst I have a question for you. EBITDA was approximately 7 million in Q4, where they heck did the profit go to end the quarter with a small lost. They disclosed an interest expense of 3.5 million for Q4, average for the year, but also 6.96 million for the 2007 Notes. I am assuming this was on top of the 3.5 million.

What was this additional 6.96 million for, was it related to the Q3 EBITDA breach??

I am just having some trouble figuring out form the numbers why net income was less than expected in Q4. Is there a simple calculation that breaks down Q4 net income versus Q3.

Thanks
